What is an anti-cellulite scrub used for?

Anti-cellulite scrubs, as the name suggests, help erase the appearance of orange peel skin. By using this scrub, you stimulate blood circulation and activate fat depletion. Using this treatment regularly will effectively combat cellulite and imperfections and smooth your skin.
Exfoliating can also be useful for maintaining your tan and preparing your skin the day before waxing. This helps prevent ingrown hairs!

How to make an anti-cellulite scrub?

To make an anti-cellulite scrub, simply follow these 3 steps.

1. Moisten:
To prepare your skin for the treatment, it is strongly recommended to moisten it beforehand to remove impurities. Ideally, do this right after a good shower. Using a shower gel or oil, make circular movements and then rinse with clean water. Once your skin is clean, you can move on to step number 2!

2. Massage:
As in the previous step, apply the treatment to the affected area and begin massaging your skin using circular motions. You can also, if you wish, do a full-body scrub, starting from the bottom and working your way up to your chest. A full treatment lasts on average between 5 and 10 minutes. For a deeper massage without irritating your skin, you can also use an exfoliating glove or brush! Be careful not to go too hard either to avoid causing skin irritation.

3. Rinse:
We're already at the last step, the rinsing part! Once the skin has been thoroughly cleansed of dead skin, it's time to rinse and dry it. Gently pat it dry with a towel for gentle drying. After exfoliating, the skin is always a little vulnerable and needs to be moisturized. It is therefore often recommended to apply a body cream after exfoliating. This cream should obviously be adapted to your skin type and preferably alcohol-free. Otherwise, ouch, ouch, it might sting!

When should you do an anti-cellulite scrub?

Scrubs are best done in the evening after your shower! Your skin is often more vulnerable in the morning, so you're more likely to experience redness. Regarding frequency, it's recommended to do them fairly often. Regular scrubbing helps remove dead skin and impurities. It also allows your cells to regenerate! We recommend using an anti-cellulite scrub once or twice a week.

And there you have it, now you know everything, or almost everything, about the subject, all that's left is to get the treatment in question!
